Frank Family Vineyards and SIMKHAI Come Together in Support of Dress for Success

On October 24, Frank Family Vineyards welcomed luxury fashion house SIMKHAI to our Napa Valley estate for an afternoon celebrating artistry, craftsmanship, and a purpose close to our hearts. Hosted by our founders, Leslie and Rich Frank, alongside SIMKHAI Founder and Creative Director Jonathan Simkhai, the intimate gathering brought together approximately 70 guests for a celebration of fashion, wine, and philanthropy, marking the debut of our limited-edition collaborative Cabernet Sauvignon benefiting Dress for Success® Worldwide.

From a runway presentation of SIMKHAI’s Winter Collection to a thoughtfully curated luncheon by Bottega Napa Valley, the afternoon reflected the creative spirit shared by both brands. At its heart was a collaboration that brings together two worlds of artistry in support of empowering women to build confidence and pursue new opportunities.

A Collaboration Inspired by Craftsmanship

At the heart of our partnership is an exciting release to come: the limited-edition Frank Family Vineyards x SIMKHAI 2024 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Soon to be unveiled, the custom bottle design draws inspiration from the intricate guipure lace of SIMKHAI’s Lina Lace Mini Dress from the Summer 2026 Women’s Collection, offering a first glimpse into the artistry behind this special collaboration.

Inspired by SIMKHAI’s signature artistry and craftsmanship, the custom bottle design brings together the worlds of fashion and wine through a shared appreciation for creativity, detail, and thoughtful design.

Beyond its artistry, the collaboration carries a meaningful purpose. As part of our annual Frank for a Cause initiative, every purchase of the limited-edition Cabernet Sauvignon supports our partnership with Dress for Success® Worldwide, a global nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through career development, professional resources, and opportunities for economic mobility.

From the Runway to the Miller House

Following the luncheon and conversation, our historic winery took on a new life as a runway, with 12 models presenting looks from SIMKHAI’s Winter Collection. The presentation brought Jonathan’s designs into the heart of Napa Valley, creating a striking contrast between modern fashion and the timeless character of our estate.

The afternoon continued at the Miller House, where guests explored a curated pop-up boutique featuring SIMKHAI designs, with a portion of clothing sales benefiting Dress for Success Worldwide.

It was a fitting close to a day defined by creativity, connection, and a shared commitment to giving back. Through this collaboration, we’re reminded that the most meaningful creations reach beyond their form, bringing people together around a purpose that matters.
