Ingredients:

16 ozFresh Burrata, 8oz per ball
4ozProsciutto 
To tasteExtra virgin olive oil
PinchSea salt
For garnishFresh mint or basil leaves
10ozBlackberries
16ozStrawberries, halved
10 ozRaspberries
10 ozBlueberries

Instructions:

  1. Rinse all fruit thoroughly and halve the strawberries.
  2. Start by arranging the strawberries in a neat row across the top of your board.
  3. Place a ball of burrata just beneath the strawberries. Gently slice it open and spread the creamy center across the board for a rich, inviting base.
  4. Next, add a row of blueberries below the burrata, followed by rolled prosciutto placed in a tidy row beneath the berries.
  5. Nestle the second ball of burrata below the prosciutto and repeat the layering: raspberries, another row of prosciutto, and finish with a bold line of blackberries at the bottom.
  6. Garnish the entire board with fresh mint for a pop of color and brightness.
  7. Finally, drizzle olive oil over the burrata and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
