Summer Sipping with Purpose: 2024 Leslie Rosé to Benefit Dress for Success

Summer in Napa Valley arrives with golden evenings, vineyard blooms, and the release of one of Frank Family’s most beloved wines—the 2024 Leslie Rosé. Now in its fifth vintage, this radiant rosé is more than a seasonal favorite; it’s a tribute to elegance, generosity, and the spirit of its namesake, Co-Founder Leslie Frank.

Crafted in an elegant Provençal style, this rosé is made exclusively from Pinot Noir sourced from Napa’s cool-climate Carneros region, including Frank Family’s own Lewis Vineyard. It beautifully reflects the charm of its coastal terroir, where the cooling effects of the nearby San Pablo Bay and Pacific Ocean allow the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. This results in a wine bursting with vivid flavors, fresh aromas, and a mouthwatering minerality. With a delicate hue reminiscent of a summer sunset, the 2024 Leslie Rosé opens with inviting notes of apple blossom, rose petals, and white peach. As it unfolds, vibrant layers of wild strawberry, nectarine, and citrus zest emerge, complemented by a crisp acidity that lingers through the finish. This makes it a delightful companion for warm days, golden hours, and special celebrations.

But this vintage offers more than a beautiful sip—it offers an opportunity to sip with purpose. This year, 15% of proceeds from every bottle sold will benefit Dress for Success, a global nonprofit dedicated to empowering women to achieve economic independence.

“Dress for Success has long held a special place in my heart,” says Leslie Frank. “As a former board member, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact this organization has on women who are striving to build a better future. Supporting this mission through proceeds raised from our 2024 Leslie Rosé is an honor—it’s a way to invest in women’s potential and help provide the confidence, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed both professionally and personally.”

Founded in 1997, Dress for Success has become the leading global employment resource for unemployed and underemployed women, offering no-cost access to career coaching, job skills training, financial education, mentoring, and professional attire. With affiliates in nearly 145 cities and 20 countries, the organization has helped more than 1.3 million women transform their lives and careers.

This initiative is part of Frank Family Vineyards’ ongoing commitment to giving back. In 2018, the winery established Frank for a Cause, an annual campaign series supporting both national and local nonprofit organizations. Over the years, Frank Family has raised funds for 4ocean, K9s For Warriors, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Feeding America, Autism Speaks, and more. As vintners, Rich and Leslie Frank believe that philanthropy is one of the most meaningful aspects of their work.

“We’re proud to use our platform as a way to support the broader community,” Leslie says. “This year’s rosé is especially personal—not only for what it represents in the glass, but for the impact it will have beyond the bottle.”

So this summer, as you raise a glass of Leslie Rosé, remember that you’re not just enjoying a thoughtfully crafted wine—you’re drinking with purpose.
