Frank Family Vineyards Celebrates Community with a Cape Cod Beach Cleanup

On Saturday, August 9, Frank Family Vineyards and 4ocean came together on the shores of Town Neck Beach in Sandwich, Massachusetts, for another impactful cleanup in our nationwide series. This special day on Cape Cod was filled with sunshine, community spirit, and a shared commitment to protecting our oceans.

With the help of volunteers, families, and friends, we successfully removed 145 pounds of trash and debris from the sandy shoreline and surrounding dunes. Among the items collected were single-use plastics, fishing gear, and even a tire buried deep in the sand—all harmful waste that would otherwise threaten marine life and the fragile ecosystem of Cape Cod Bay.

Following the cleanup, volunteers came together at the Pilot House Restaurant & Lounge in Cape Cod to celebrate the day’s success. Over a relaxed dockside brunch paired with Frank Family wines, guests enjoyed fresh coastal fare and lively conversation while taking in the beautiful waterfront views. It was a meaningful way to toast our collective efforts and connect over a shared passion for protecting the ocean.

This Cape Cod cleanup marks another milestone in our ongoing partnership with 4ocean as a Certified Cleanup Partner. Together, we are committed to restoring waterways and coastlines across the country. Earlier this year, we organized cleanups in Napa Valley, Chicago, and Rhode Island, and we are excited about upcoming events in Seattle and Lake Tahoe.

At Frank Family Vineyards, we believe that caring for the land and sea is as important as caring for our vineyards. We are grateful to all who joined us in Cape Cod to make waves of change, one shoreline at a time.
