“Designed by Wine Country’s most prolific architect, Howard Backen, the Miller House is surrounded by posh patio vignettes with fire pits. The warm, light-filled interior is intended to feel cozy on a gloomy day, or airy in the summer. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flank the building on three sides, revealing vineyard and mountain views. Throughout the growing season, guests might be able to catch the vineyard crew at work, thinning shoots or harvesting grapes.”
