The Perfect Valentine’s Day Cocktail: Sparkling Cosmopolitan

The only way to make the Cosmopolitan cocktail even more flirtatious? Add sparkling rosé. This famously pink drink has become a legendary institution, whose popularity can be largely attributed to its leading role on “Sex and the City” in the 1990s. Our version is what happens when the glamorous Manhattan women go to Napa Valley.

In making the Sparkling Cosmo, details matter, so select your ingredients wisely. We recommend reaching for top-shelf vodka, opting for Cointreau over Triple Sec, and choosing only the very best sparkling wine to top it off. This twist on the classic recipe calls for a Frank Family Brut Rosé floater, which gives the drink a pretty, effervescent touch – perfect for toasting with your sweetheart or galentines this February 14.
