Frank Family’s wine club-exclusive Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is made from the very best fruit sourced from the Kiser Vineyard on the Sangiacomo Family Ranch, our grower partners for more than a decade. The wine exhibits a wonderful array of vibrant citrus peel and green apple notes, underscored by wet stone minerality.
For this wine cocktail, playfully named “Sonoma Coast Gold Rush,” sliced lemon wedges are combined with locally sourced Sonoma honey, which brings floral lavender-like aromas to the glass. Lastly, we add a few sprigs of thyme for aromatic complexity.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2-3 sliced lemon wedges and honey, and press together with a classic muddler or large spoon.
- Add ice cubes and two sprigs of fresh thyme.
- Shake gently to release the thyme flavors from the leaves and pour into a tumbler or wine glass.
